Alexander Varvarenko has personally kept the brokerage undisputed commission blocked and unpaid. Be warn!!!
The official image of Mr. Varvarenko as a mentor has nothing to do with reality.
The public version is polished and carefully packaged: a speaker, a visionary, a mentor, a man of values, business culture, and leadership. The real version looks very different.
In reality, we see unpaid obligations, pressure, personal interference, ego-driven decisions, an unlawful WhatsApp “fine,” and demands for public repentance instead of straightforward payment of an earned brokerage commission. That is not mentorship. That is not leadership. That is not professionalism.
The gap between image and conduct is now too wide to dismiss as misunderstanding or emotion. It looks far more like a double life: one for conferences, interviews, and branding — and another for the people who are forced to deal with the actual methods behind the façade.
A real mentor teaches by example. Mr. Varvarenko, unfortunately, appears to offer a different lesson: how to speak about values in public while acting against them in practice.
And that is precisely why the official legend is collapsing. Because sooner or later, reality always catches up with the performance.
The mentor is a public costume. The reality is something much darker.
