The facts are simple.

Following the successful completion of the fixture, a Varamar manager expressed warm appreciation for the professional work performed.

The transaction produced a positive commercial result for Varamar.

However, when the earned brokerage commission became due, it was not paid.

Instead, Alexander Varvarenko personally informed me that a “fine” had been imposed in an amount equal to the unpaid commission.

This contrast is revealing in itself:

professional appreciation at the operational level, and refusal to pay at the decision-making level.
